Akulaku Capital Indonesia Receives OJK Approval to Serve as Holding Company for Akulaku Group’s Financial Services Entities in Indonesia

JAKARTA [October 29th, 2026] – PT Akulaku Capital Indonesia (“ACI”) has received approval from Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) to serve as the non-operating Financial Conglomerate Holding Company (Perusahaan Induk Konglomerasi Keuangan, or “PIKK”) for Akulaku Group’s financial services entities in Indonesia.
ACI was established as part of a restructuring of these entities in line with OJK Regulation No. 30 of 2024 (“POJK 30/2024”). The regulation requires financial conglomerates that meet certain criteria to establish a Financial Conglomerate Holding Company (PIKK).
Under the planned structure, ACI will become the holding company and controlling shareholder of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (“BNC”), PT Akulaku Finance Indonesia (“AFI”), PT Pintar Inovasi Digital (“PID”) and PT Inovasi Kredit Indonesia (“IKI”).
POJK 30/2024 makes a PIKK responsible for controlling and consolidating the members of a financial conglomerate, including coordinating integrated governance, risk management, and capital management across them. As a non-operating PIKK, ACI will perform these functions at the group level and will not offer financial products or services directly to the public.
“We appreciate OJK’s approval for ACI to serve as the non-operating PIKK for Akulaku Group’s financial services entities in Indonesia,” said Mukti Wibowo, President Director of PT Akulaku Capital Indonesia. “In this role, ACI will strengthen the coordination and integrated implementation of governance and risk management. We are committed to fulfilling these responsibilities with the interests of all the entities in the conglomerate in mind, and in compliance with applicable regulations.”
The restructuring is expected to strengthen coordination across Akulaku Group’s ecosystem in Indonesia, and supports the Group’s efforts to expand access to financial services for people across the country. Through its banking, financing, and digital lending entities, Akulaku Group continues to build an ecosystem that meets a broad range of customers’ financial needs. Following OJK’s approval, ACI will proceed with the process of acquiring the shares of BNC, AFI, and PID currently held by PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia (“ASI”). Each transaction will be carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements. The composition of PT Akulaku Capital Indonesia’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners is as follows:
